This page covers cleanup.nebulaventures.com, operated by Nebula Ventures LLC ("Nebula", "we", "us"). It explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- What you tell us on the form: the problems you pick, how many entities you have, your accounting software, how far behind the books are, any notes, your name and email address.
- Basic technical data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here. This comes from cookies and similar tools used for ad measurement. We also record anonymous page events, such as whether the form was viewed or started, but never what you typed.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and, if you want, quote and carry out the work.
- To measure which ads and pages work, and to improve the service.
- To prevent fraud and comply with the law.
We don't sell your information and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who run the site for us: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Postmark), site analytics (PostHog) and Google, for ad measurement. They process data on our behalf.
- If you engage us, the bookkeeper or CPA who reviews the work, under a duty of confidentiality, and only once you've agreed to it in writing.
- Anyone the law requires us to.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to measure whether our ads lead to requests. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
We use PostHog (PostHog, Inc., USA) to understand how people use this page: where they click, how far they scroll, and recordings of page activity (session recordings). Anything you type into the form is masked in your browser before it is sent, so recordings don't contain your details. PostHog does not set cookies on this site. It keeps a random visit ID in your browser's session storage, which clears when you close the tab, and it does not record browsers that send a Do Not Track signal.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up and resolve issues, then delete or anonymize them. Ask us and we'll delete your information sooner.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state law. We'll honor them.
