What this site is

The site describes our bookkeeping cleanup and state filings services and lets you ask for a free health check. Asking for one doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't commit us to take on the work.

No engagement until it's in writing

We only start work under a written engagement that sets out the scope, the fixed fee and the timeline. That engagement, not this site, governs the work.

Not tax or legal advice

Nothing on this site is tax, legal or accounting advice. We're not a CPA firm or a law firm, and we're not a registered agent. Tax returns are prepared and signed by a licensed CPA. State filing fees, penalties and back taxes are paid to the relevant state.
